How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Estimated Processing Time: 1-3 business days.

East Coast: 1-4 business days

How can I track my shipment?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 1-2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

What happen if my address is incomplete and my package is return?

A refund will be issued once we received the package. Unfortunately, the shipping cost is non refundable. That's why it's critical to make sure your address is complete. If you notice a missing information on your address, please contact us as soon as possible at


Stolen or Lost Package Disclaimer 

Elegant Design Supply is not responsible for lost/stolen packages once the tracking number is marked DELIVERED.

If your tracking number showed "Delivered", but you can not find your package, please contact the shipping provider right away to file a claim.
They will launch an investigation. Unfortunately, Elegant Design Supply is not responsible for packaged lost or stolen once the shipping courier has confirmed delivery, the package becomes your responsibility.

If you are not present to pick up the package, and the shipping carrier leaves a notice, it is then essentially “delivered.” 

To prevent stolen or lost package, you can always contact your shipping carrier to held the package for pickup. If you like us to add a signature at delivery option, please contact us once you have placed your order (some fees may apply).


Returns Policy


We do our best to sell top quality products. However, if you receive a defective product, please Contact Us or via email at with a picture of the defective product. We only accept exchange, return or refund if the items are defective or damaged.
What is your return policy? 
All damage claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. No returns accepted without prior authorization. 
A 10% restocking/administration fee will be charged for returns that are not the result of our error.
Please note the : discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned. The return items must be returned in its original packaging and in new condition.
How do I do a return?

How long does it take to process a return?
Return normally takes around 7-10 business days.
All returns will be refunded to the same method of payment on receipt.
An email will be send out to you as soon as your return has been processed. It usually takes up to 5 business days after the return process for the amount to appear on your statement.
Who is responsible for the return cost?
If you make a return which occurs as a result of Elegant Design Supply's error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), We will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you make a return and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount to you. 
How can I do an exchange?
We are currently unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order.


Am I able to pick up my order?

Step 1 – Place Your Order

Choose the “Pick-Up In Store” option when you check-out.

Step 2 – Wait to hear from us

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification letting you know that your order is ready for pick up.

Elegant Design Supply usually accepts pick ups on Monday – Friday (9am-3pm)

The normal processing time is 1-2 business days from the time of the initial order. 

Step 3 – Pick up your order
Pick up your order on the day of the appointment

Don't forget to bring your notification email with order confirmation number and your identification.
