Due to ongoing global trade tensions and related customs disruptions, some shipments may be delayed beyond estimated delivery times. While we strive to fulfill all orders promptly, international logistics and customs clearance may be affected by the current trade climate. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

🕒 Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery estimates:

    • East Coast Canada: 1–4 business days

    • West Coast Canada: 3–8 business days

    • USA: 4–9 business days

Delivery estimates apply to in-stock items only. Preorders have separate timelines.


📦 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.


📬 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refund will be issued only after the item is returned to us

Please verify your address carefully before checkout.


📭 Missed Deliveries or Unclaimed Packages

If you miss a delivery attempt and fail to retrieve the package from the carrier, and it is returned to us:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Reshipping is available upon request and payment of a new shipping fee

Please monitor your tracking information and respond to delivery notices promptly.


🌐 International Duties & Customs

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and related fees imposed by their country of delivery. These charges are not included in the purchase or shipping total.

❌ Refused Shipments

If an order is refused or returned due to non-payment of import charges:

  • No refund will be issued

  • Return shipping, customs handling, or restocking fees may apply

We are not liable for delays, losses, or rejected shipments related to customs issues.


🔁 Returns Policy

We accept returns only for damaged or defective products. Due to the nature of our products, all other sales are final.

Return Eligibility

  • Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging

  • Final Sale: Discounted, clearance, or promotional items are not eligible for return


Return Procedure

Email info@elegantdesignsupply.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Items to be returned

  • Clear photo of damage or defect

We will review your request and respond with return instructions.


Refund Terms

  • If we are at fault (defective or incorrect item):

    • Full refund including return shipping

  • If not our error:

    • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

    • A 10% restocking/administration fee may apply

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after return approval. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for processing by your bank or credit card company.


🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
Please return the item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


🛍️ In-Store Pickup

How to Pick Up Your Order:

  1. Select “Pick-Up In Store” at checkout

  2. Wait for our email confirmation

  3. Pick up Monday–Friday, 9AM–3PM

  4. Bring ID and your order confirmation


🛑 Important Notices

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier.

  • Please file a claim directly with the carrier for missing packages.

  • You may request a signature requirement at checkout (fees apply).

  • All product images are for reference only. Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or adjust policies at our discretion.
